POPULAR QUESTIONS

  • I would like a lift for my boat where do I start?

You need to narrow down what kind of boat speed boat or pontoon, then get the specs on it such as weight, width, and total length. From there you need to decide if you want a powered lift or manual winch as well as a canopy to cover the boat or go without a canopy. This is the bare minimum I need to know to get you an accurate quote on a lift.

  • If I buy a different boat will my lift still work for my new boat?

Some lifts are specifically designed for ski/speed boats and others are designed for pontoons/tritoons. Depending on the manufacturer there are some lifts that can be used for both style boats by changing the bunks and guide ins. Then weight capacity comes into play, keep in mind you can always put a smaller boat on a high weight capacity lift but you can’t put a large boat on a smaller lift!

  • How much dock do I need?

The amount of dock needed is really a personal preference, so whether you want to be able to dive off the end, have enough water to operate your boat lift, or just dock a boat off the end. These different situations all require different water depth and will determine the total length of dock needed.
